Autumnwood Homes INC was founded in 1987 by two friends with a shared goal: build homes that real families can afford without giving up quality or character. Kim Knoppe and Brad Halley started the company with a belief that good design and honest pricing should go hand in hand. That belief has guided every project they have taken on for nearly four decades.
From the beginning, Kim and Brad focused on neighborhoods that fit people's lives, not just their price range.
